You will really want to read this whole page, I have received an email from a NORWICH UNION IP Address which is from a NORWICH UNION EMPLOYEE stating what some may consider libellous remarks.

NORWICH UNION ARE THE COMPANY THAT OWN RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS.

DEFINE: LIBEL, DEFINE: SLANDER, DEFINE: DEFAMATION

Libel is defined as " false statement that is intended to cause harm " that may be harm to a reputation or trade.

Defamation is defined as" a false accusation of an offence or a malicious misrepresentation of someone's words or actions "

Slander is defined as " words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another "

In all the above statements which have been taken as definitions you should notice the word "FALSE" as this word is where a defamation case starts.

Before accusing someone of LIBEL, DEFAMATION or SLANDER you have to be 100% sure they are making FALSE statements about either you a person or your company. A lot of people visit this site and they look at the content and they look at the proof and then they can see the difference between FALSE Statements and the TRUTH.....

I urge all the visitors to this site to have a look through the pages and see for themselves the proof I have against RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS, you will see that it is pretty obvious that I was lied to and it is pretty obvious that I am not the only one that was lied to.

If you look at these pages and think DEFAMATION then I am afraid that you are very wrong as I have not published any lies.

I wonder if I have been libelled though as I received an email from a person who must work for the Norwich Union Group of Companies. And in this email there are lots of what may be considered libellous remarks.

And how do I know it came from a NORWICH UNION IP ADDRESS, I checked the header information and it was sent from 194.221.133.226 which when checked against the owners records comes up with the following

netname: CW-NORWICHUNION-NET

This is the actual header which I have hidden his name etc on as I do not want him sacked, just yet.

What I want to know is what on earth would the NORWICH UNION/RAC group think if I sent them emails like this. Pretty unprofessional I think.

So I then checked with the RAC/NORWICH UNION and AVIVA group of companies to see if the person named in the email was actually an employee and guess what! one quick internet search and there he was named on there website so i can only assume he is an employee as he appears to have a title on the Norwich Union website. I don't think it is too professional to let your staff have access to email if this is what they do with it.
