I HAVE ALL THE PROOF I NEED TO CALL RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS LIARS.
FIRSTLY THEY LIED WHEN THEY SAID THEY COULD FIND NO LEAK.
THEN THEY LIED WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS MY HEATER MATRIX.
THEN THEY LIED WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY NEVER REFITTED THE WINDSCREEN SEAL.
THEN THEY LIED WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY REFITTED THE TRIM BUT DID SO WITHOUT TAKING OUT THE WINDSCREEN.
HERE IS WHAT RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS TOLD BELL INSURANCE.
Apparently RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS have done an investigation into the cause of my windscreen leak after they fitted a new windscreen to my car leaving a leak and ruining the car. I am so glad that there investigations showed that they had done nothing wrong and I am glad that RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS have done everything possible to assist me. The only thing missing here is the facts which are a little bit further down the page.
Now I knew that RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS had left a leak and I decided to prove it by taking them to court.
So I took RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS TO COURT IN INVERNESS. And imagine my surprise when HBM SAYERS WORKING ON BEHALF OF RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS AND NORWICH UNION the owner of RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS sent back the court papers not disputing they had LEFT A LEAK IN THE WINDSCREEN, not disputing they had RUINED MY CAR but only disputing the amount I had claimed.
No I am not really surprised, after all I knew that RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS had left a leak in the new windscreen they had fitted to my car as it was obvious to even a normal bloke like me and several other people who all checked the windscreen for a leak. To a normal person like me it looks like I might be right after all, it looks like RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS in INVERNESS did actually leave a leak in the new windscreen and ruin my car which in my book means they
LIED.
So I wrote back to Bell Insurance stating that I had won against RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS IN COURT and proved beyond any doubt that RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS LIED TO ME AND BELL INSURANCE and they had this to say.
NOW HOW MUCH OF A SURPRISE IS THAT. EVEN BELL INSURANCE HAS DECIDED THAT RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS MAY HAVE BEEN TO BLAME AFTER ALL. JUST A PITY IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS TO SORT IT OUT.
