I have received an email  from another RAC Auto Windscreens customer (victim) in which they explain in great detail the damage and problems which RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS caused including:-

8 NEW WINDSCREENS (THEY KEPT CRACKING)

DAMAGED BONNET

DAMAGED FRONT BUMPER

DAMAGED WINDSCREEN SURROUND

DAMP UPHOLSTERY (WHICH THEY DID NOT REPAIR)

DENTED REAR BUMPER (WHICH RAC DENTED RETURNING THE CAR)

AND AFTER 6 RAC WINDSCREENS

IT STILL LEAKED!

AND ALL THIS WORK CARRIED OUT ON A CAR WHICH WAS NOT EVEN 12 MONTHS OLD. BUT AS USUAL RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS DENIED EVERYTHING...

I am also hearing of another RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS customer who got his car back with a screwdriver hole in the dashboard!!!!!

I have had lots of contact from people who have had the same and worse happen to them also, I have been informed by Bell Insurance that this was an isolated incident but it appears not, it looks far more common than they are willing to admit. I am going to email one of there staff and see if they are interested in replying.

I have also heard from another windscreen company who have had to tidy up after RAC and it does not look good for RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS as this company fitted a screen to a DAEWOO NUBIRA just a couple of weeks ago and assures me that he could not fit the outer seal without removing the WINDSCREEN, now it does not take a scientist to work out that things are not as RAC AUTO WINDSCREENS explained to me.

I am working on the writing of the stories now so as soon as they are done I will post them and advertise them....
